- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I am extremely disappointed in Walnut Creek Family Dental Business Office. I called to inquire if they were a PPO provider, the person at the front desk said they were. I was pleased to hear because a dentist I was very familiar with worked there who is very very good. After my second visit i learned they were not a PPO Provider but a Premier provider which covers much less! Which obviously is an deception and an ethical error. After confronting the situation I asked them to match the PPO pricing they refused and also sent me to collections without proper communications. MINUS 10 Stars on Business Ethics. Up date. After speaking with the owner. He stated the only way he would discount the services or match the services of a PPO provider is if i had a voice recording of his employee telling me they were a PPO provider. While I agree it is a shared responsibility for the customer to know what their insurance covers.. It is also the responsibility of the company to represent themselves properly and not lead on potential customers that they will be covered in such a way that is not true.July 15, 2017by Mark Sullivan PF-G
