    Bullshitted and Screwed me over, LONG STORY. They don't deserve even one star!!!!!! I used to have Allstate years back with James Dahlgren, had a great experience the entire 4 years (2004-2008), wish I never left him! When I came back to Allstate last year(2015) I decided to go through a different agent closer to my house since I moved. I happen to know someone that personally knows Jason, so i went through his agency. For the first 8 months I was treated very well. When I added my new vehicle to my plan everything went to hell from there. When it was added to my policy I was told everything was good to go. But on my first bill it was the full year amount instead of the monthly amount. I called immediately and was assured that I only needed to pay X amount a month, it was a mistake made when they added the new vehicle and everything was fixed. I paid the new monthly amount while I on the phone. A week later I had to change my card that was being charged for my MONTHLY payment, the agent said it was changed and it will be charged the yearly amount on such and such date. I told him that was very incorrect, it should of never been set up that way. Once again I was assured it was changed and my next bill would be the X amount I just paid the previous week. I trusted that he fixed it like he said he did. Got the following months bill and it was the remaining yearly amount. I called again pissed off, the lady that works there (cant remember her name) apologized and proceeded to inform me the male I talked to was new and must of not known how to correctly save the changes to the policy but definitely changed the card number correctly. She once again apologized and assured me I only was going to be charged the monthly amount. On my payment date it tried to take the full years amount & it declined, thank god I didn't transfer any large amount from my savings. So my policy was "canceled" because of it and I got an e-mail informing me it was canceled due to the decline. So I called and demanded to speak with Jason I was told he would for sure call me back. But he NEVER did, the lady did & was told there was NOTHING they could do for me even though they made all the mistakes. I was so angry I literally cried. She told me she would try to do something and would get back to me Monday. She ended up calling me back the same day and told me she worked some magic and got it all "changed and fixed"(those were he EXACT words) and that I only needed to pay X amount and I would be good. So i paid that amount on the phone and went on thinking every thing was good. So not the case. She forgot to inform me that I was still responsible for the FULL YEARS AMOUNT and the amount i paid was just a payment towards the full amount. The Allstate company themselves would not do a thing for me, that it wasn't their problem that agency made the mistake. I went to Jason's agency and asked to speak with him. They told me he wasn't there and that he would call me as soon as he got back. He never did. I am still fighting with Allstate over this bullshit!
